Reliance Health uses technology to make healthcare accessible and affordable by offering health insurance packages, telemedicine and a combination of partner and proprietary healthcare facilities.
When I joined RelianceHMO (before it became Reliance Health), it was a startup in its early stages, and I was the only designer. At Reliance, I created the initial brand identity and the websites. I also worked on multiple design projects across different platforms as required.
Buying health insurance plans in Nigeria is stressful. You fill out lengthy forms and wait a long time at hospitals for expensive health insurance plans.Reliance Health solves this problem using data science and technology to make it easier for people to pay and access healthcare while providing excellent customer service.
For the website, I designed on the homepage, about, contact, team and other company related sites like the homepage for Reliance Family Clinics.
I also designed the For You, For Families and Individuals, For Business, Pre-Existing Condition and other product related pages.
I redesigned the telemedicine app that doctors and other professionals use to chat with patients and prescribe medication for them.
This app holds the digital ID customers use to access care at the hospitals, shows their benefits, available hospitals and other services.
I worked on multiple dashboards for the reliance web app for individuals and companies. I also designed the Clinic and affiliate dashboards.
